NGUVU WAS INSPIRED BY THE CONSERVATION EFFORTS OF ELEPHANTS IN AFRICA. ELEPHANTS ARE SYMBOLIC

OF PATIENCE, WISDOM, LONGEVITY AND NGUVU – STRENGTH. OUR WORLDS LARGEST LAND MAMMAL HAS BEEN DRIVEN TO DELICACY DESPITE HAVING NO NATURAL PREDITORS. IN JUST THREE YEARS WE’VE LOST 100,000 AFRICAN ELEPHANTS TO IVORY-POACHING AND IN 2011 ALONE THAT WAS ROUGHLY ONE OF EVERY TWELEVE ELEPHANTS.¹
